Origin and extraction
Our soy lecithin is obtained from high-quality soybeans. After the oil has been extracted from the soya beans, the lecithin is extracted from the crude oil in a gentle, solvent-free process, then dried and standardised. The result is a high-quality, natural emulsifier that is subject to the strictest quality controls and can be used in a wide range of applications.

What is the shelf life of almond oil?
If stored properly (cool and protected from light), soy lecithin retains its quality for at least 12 months.
