Origin and extraction

Our rapeseed lecithin is obtained from GMO-free rapeseed. After pressing and extracting the rapeseed oil from the seed, the lecithin is isolated from the crude oil in a gentle, solvent-free process, purified and further processed – as liquid lecithin or as a de-oiled powder. The result is a high-quality, natural emulsifier that is subject to the strictest quality controls and can be used in a wide range of applications.
