Millennium-Trading AG, a trading company for raw materials and additives for the food industry, with growing activities in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry, based in Wollerau/SZ, is looking for a new member of the successful team with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Internal Sales Support (m/f) 80 – 100% Temporary (01.07.2025 – 28.02.2026), with option for permanent position
In this varied position, you are a strong all-rounder for order processing, ordering and customer service:

Telephone and written correspondence with customers and service providers
-
Master data entry in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Navision

Support in the preparation of quotations and price calculation
-
Sample ordering and sample dispatch for and to our customers
-
Order and order entry incl. deadline monitoring
-
Monitoring of contract call-offs from suppliers
-
Monitoring call-offs from our customer contracts
-
Processing import orders incl. invoicing / some export orders
-
Support & organisation of national and international transports incl. price negotiations
-
Warehouse scheduling with external service providers
-
Actively providing input to optimise support and maintenance of the IT and ERP system

Actively supporting our field service team

Processing claims and complaints with our quality management team

Evaluating service providers such as warehouses, forwarding agents and suppliers
You bring the following with you:
-
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of proficiency or equivalent training and have sound knowledge of internal sales, order and order processing. You are also very familiar with the processes and challenges involved.

You are a team-orientated, entrepreneurial person with a healthy self-confidence and a friendly and winning manner.
-
Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of foreign trade or have similar qualifications in your backpack to ensure that you can keep pace with the complex demands of international trade. You will also be well-versed in the various aspects of customs clearance, familiar with Incoterms and Tares, and able to manage complex situations related to international supply chains.

You are open to continuous learning and are willing to familiarise yourself with new areas of responsibility and continuously expand your knowledge. You are also motivated to approach tasks systematically and enjoy finding the right solutions to challenges that arise.

You have a good command of German (mother tongue) and are ideally business fluent in English. If your portfolio also includes French or Italian, all the better.

Good IT user knowledge, especially in Microsoft Dynamics Navision 365 BC, as well as having completed a vocational trainer course are further plus points.
